Did you watch that match? The match between Brazil and Germany in the last world cup in which Germany won,7 goals to 1. What an interesting game it was... Before that match,Brazil have scored 220 and Germany,216 world cup goals and it was the 12th world cup semi-final for Germany. Since losing to England in 1966,Germany have never lost a world cup game to a host nation and have never lost a world cup game in which they netted. And on that night,in front of 58 141 spectators with 110 television stations beaming the match to billions of people around the world; four goals in six minutes was shattering the dreams of a nation.... Read this: the last time Brazil lost a match by a- 6 goal margin was to Uruguay in 1920; 5 goal margin was to Poland in 1936; 4 goal margin was to Hungary in 1954; 3 goal margin was to France in 1998... Since 1975 after losing 3-1 to Peru,Brazil have not lost a competitive home match. Sixty-two matches without losing any came to an end that night. It took Brazil some years to have a total score of 7-1 against Germany... But that night,in a day,in the Selecao history,Brazil recorded a 7-1 home competitive match defeat... Thomas Muller scored his 5th goal of the tournament that same night to equalled his tally four years ago in South Africa,thus becoming the first to score 5 goals at two different world cups consecutively. On that night,the total goals was 164,7 short of the 171 scored at the 1998 edition in France and was later surpassed...
