FOOD-MONGERS

This is a preamble of a post 'live large'. This is for people who think that they need to eat too much so that they can be fat. I bet you, your health is at stake.
Young ones and youths can eat anything edible but then sugar and seasoning intake should be watched. Adults shouldn't eat too much protein, the likes of red meat; e.g cattle,goat,etc, egg, sugar, seasoning. White meat; e.g poultry, and fish is advisable at this stage.
You food-mongers, haven't you heard about 'obesity'? Obesity can either be inherited or acquired. It is caused by eating too much things that contain too much sugar and fats. It is also caused by drinking stuffs that has high sugar content. It leads to many things part of which include heart problems, brain disorder, high blood pressure and diabetes. If by any means you have any of this, you should know you're in for a great deal. To avoid this, you can help yourself by reducing the amount of sugar and fats that you take as well as exercising daily. With these, you can be a bit saved from being obese.
Getting fat doesn't mean you are living large. Get to understand this!
