HARMATTAN FEARS

Is it gone? Or is coming back, more harsh? Which is best, cold or hot? It rained for the first time in the year yesterday and seeing it, people suggested the harmattan is coming back,worse and better. Though it seems like it's true, so please if you know you are prone to cold and its by-products prepare for it. I think it's better than the hot period because the little hotness experienced was not something the people liked. Moreover, it's a Monday, early to job, first to sell and have a big purse.
