BATON EXCHANGE

Have you ever been to the stadium to watch a relay race before? Some are very good at exchanging the baton while the others ain't that good. Baton exchange is the same as sharing God's blessing with others, some may not be so good in doing so because they are with the thought that what is my benefit if I help this person? At times, we help because someone related to the person we are helping has helped us before. Some even help with conditions, like if I help you, you will do this for me. Baton exchange is not like that, you pass the baton to the person that needs it, that is, help people regardless of who they are, what they have done or where they come from and when you do so, do it with a happy heart because that is the kind of sacrifice that the Lord accepts. When you help someone, don't expect them to return your help and don't always want to be at the receiving end. Help a soul today, extend your baton to them, if they don't appreciate it, never mind because the Lord will appreciate you on their behalf. That baton you possess was given to you for a reason.
