BE GRATEFUL

They were running late, making sure nothing was forgotten, they rushed to the bus stop. They were fortunate, they got a bus immediately. They were two brothers who were on their way to see their parents in the village. Hours after taking off, the elder brother remembered something and he asked his younger brother to pass his bag. After some minutes of vigorous checking, he realised he had forgotten the money he wanted to give their parents. Upon hearing, the younger brother's reply was 'Bro, you don't know why this has happened, what might happen after this you don't know'. This made the brother so furious that he ordered the driver to stop so that his brother can alight. The elder brother continued with the journey leaving his brother to find his way. After driving three kilometers, they stopped. The men of the underground stopped them, they carted away with their things except the things of the elder brother, he was with nothing, he had given the bag that contained the little money they had to his younger brother. They finally met at the village and he narrated his ordeal to the family and he begged his younger brother to forgive him because he had realised the truth in what he said. The same happens in our lives too. We fail to appreciate God for our present positions. We fail to understand that if we were not in this bad situation, we might be in a worst one. God's plans are plans no one understands. They are like puzzles, we just try our best in getting the parts together. You have a setback today not because you are not good but because the Lord wants to set you up in a way that will amaze people. In every situation, time, etc, thank God for your life. When there is life, there is hope. When you express your gratitue for little, you will be given more. God is the ultimate planner, be thankful!
