Our mind like the CPU of the computer serves as a member of the power house. It is believed to control our reasons for doing things. Do we even set our minds correctly?
Change like other things is a mindset; something we set with our minds. To some, change is something told to others which one feels need to be done, 'I will change from doing this tomorrow' and nothing will be done.
Change is controlled by what you set. You might be part of a group of people who preach change to others but does that tell if you have changed.
The change we desire, at our workplace, in the society and every other place, starts from our mind. To preach change, you have to be changed. Change is inevitable and the easiest of all other things but are you changing the right way, are you not finding change very hard.
Change, it's a mindset not a 'mouth-set'
