WHERE ARE WE GOING?

Once upon a time,there lived a king who had many daughters. After some years,he thought of giving his daughters out for marriage.He passed a message to all animals that they should come to his palace. He also said that he was giving his daughters out for marriage to only strong animals. On that day,all the animals came and each of them talked of how strong they were.After assessing them and the king saw that they were strong,he gave them a daughter each. After all animals had talked,the tortoise came forward to request for his wife.Everyone there were suprised since they knew the tortoise as a lazy animal. The king then told them to allow the tortoise to talk.The tortoise said "Dear king,you know I am not strong but I am wise,if you give me your daughter I will treat her wisely".When the king heard this,he was convinced and gave the tortoise his most beautiful daughter,the most fertile lands and so on.Thereby,giving the tortoise the best things in the land. ...to be continued
